TanStack Start (React, TypeScript) built with Vite, run through Bun. Every route is prerendered to real static HTML at build time - what you're reading right now was written to disk before you ever asked for it, not assembled on request. Styled with Tailwind and a small set of shadcn/ui primitives, on top of a hand-built phosphor/CRT theme layer, not a template.

VT323 and JetBrains Mono carry the terminal chrome; IBM Plex Sans carries actual reading copy, because a whole site set in a display font is a readability problem pretending to be an aesthetic. All three are self-hosted (see /uses for why that mattered enough to bother with) - no Google Fonts request leaves your browser for this page.

Full palette detail, including the real colour values, lives on the brand page rather than duplicated here.

Tools and the front door run as one static-prerendered app. The wiki runs on MediaWiki, blog and shop on WordPress/WooCommerce - three separate systems sharing one visual chrome bundle so navigating between them doesn't feel like leaving the site, even though technically you are.

Build history, including the unglamorous parts (broken builds, wrong assumptions, actual fixes) is logged plainly and dated in the Maintenance Log, not smoothed over after the fact.
